Built on a rugged Dell Latitude 5420 running Windows 11, this kit uses a DPA 5 adapter to provide powerful, affordable diagnostic capability. Unlike surplus VADS units sold at auction that come without proper software and are essentially unusable, this system is fully unlocked with all software pre-installed.

The Southeast Military Custom Kit gives you complete access to all vehicle modules — engine, transmission, ABS, alternators, CTIS, and more — using advanced tools including CAT ET 2020, Allison DOC, WABCO Toolbox, Dana Diagnostics, Bendix, and our One and Done full-vehicle scan software. Each kit includes one Technical Manual of your choice for platforms such as FMTV, HMMWV, HET, HEMTT, LVSR, MTVR, Growler, or MEP generators, with additional manuals available upon request.
