Shipping policy
Effective date: [7/20/26]
Order processing
In-stock parcel orders are generally processed within [1–3] business days. Processing times are estimates and may be longer for large components, diagnostic equipment, freight preparation, inventory verification, export review, or special-order products.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. An order-confirmation email does not mean that an order has shipped.
If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required period, we will contact the customer with available options, including consenting to a revised shipment date or canceling the unshipped portion for a refund where applicable.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and estimated charges may be displayed during checkout. Oversized, unusually heavy, hazardous, high-value, or truck-freight items may require a separate quotation.
We may contact the customer if the checkout calculation does not accurately reflect the carrier’s actual requirements. We will not charge an increased amount without authorization.
Parcel shipments
Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and reviewing tracking information.
Freight shipments
Engines, transmissions, axles, vehicle assemblies, complete vehicles, and other large products may ship by commercial freight. Freight delivery may require:
- A commercial address;
- A loading dock or forklift;
- A liftgate;
- A delivery appointment;
- Residential or limited-access service; or
- Pickup from a carrier terminal.
The customer must disclose delivery limitations before shipment. Additional carrier charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information may be charged to the customer.
Complete vehicles
Complete trucks and vehicles are generally sold through quotation or direct agreement rather than standard parcel checkout. Transportation, loading, permits, insurance, and delivery arrangements will be stated in the applicable quotation or sales agreement.
Ownership documents will be described in the vehicle listing or sales agreement. Funds must clear before a vehicle or ownership document is released unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, disasters, government actions, inspections, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
International shipping and export restrictions
International orders require prior approval. Customers are responsible for import eligibility, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, permits, and local requirements.
Some products, technical data, software, diagnostic equipment, vehicle components, or destinations may be restricted by United States export-control or sanctions laws. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot legally be fulfilled. Customers must not export, re-export, transfer, or use products in violation of applicable law.
Lost or damaged shipments
Contact us promptly regarding a lost, short, or damaged shipment. Keep the product and all packaging until the claim is resolved. We may require photographs, a delivery receipt, carrier documentation, or a signed statement.
